Frances Lucas has served in higher education leadership positions for more than four decades and has delivered hundreds of keynote speeches and workshops for colleges, universities, associations, and business conferences across the United States.
She's given keynotes for a number of higher education associations, fraternities and sororities, and professional and civic organizations, including the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators Convention, American Council on Education Women’s Summit, Association of Fraternity Advisors National Convention, National Higher Education Women’s Leadership Conference, Association of College Unions International Conference, and National Association of Campus Activities.
She has also keynoted the National Association of State Personnel Executives, American Society of Women Accountants, chapters of the American Heart Association, and health professionals organizations. She is the 2019-2020 president of the New Orleans chapter of the National Speakers Association.
